Bob handled my difficult divorce and child support issues very effectively and efficiently. He wrote a separation agreement that literally thought of everything– including things I would not have thought of, such as, life insurance policies to cover child support should something happen to either of us. This agreement has stood the test of time in that I am now 10 years post-divorce with two children almost grown and no modifications have been necessary. Another thing that I appreciated was that Bob encouraged me to do any research, copying, etc. that I could do which saved me money.
Bob also handled some very contentious non-payment of child support and child abuse issues for me. He got my children out of a potentially dangerous situation at literally “a moment’s notice.” We got an emergency hearing and because Bob’s court preparation was on target we were able to force the truth to be told.
